InterACT Online: Creative Writing Course / Grades 7-13

In this course students work with Brea, a professional musician and performer from Australia. She will teach pupils how to write their own short story in English. From brainstorming ideas, to developing great characters and editing their writing, students will learn the art of creative writing and improve their English at the same time. By the end of this course they'll be writing like the pros.

How it works

The course consists of roughly 10 hours of online video tutorials and activities. Students can complete the course at their own tempo using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Teachers are provided a guide to assign and check students work throughout the course. Participating students have the option to enter their short stories into a national competition for the chance to win awards and prizes.
