InterACT’s long-term mission is to help establish arts integrated curriculum as an important component of language education. In working towards broadening the awareness of arts efficacy in language acquisition, we partner with private foundations, government bodies, and businesses to bring programs, workshops and educational resources to diverse groups of multipliers, teachers and young people.
Our educational initiatives pursue the development of arts integrated learning ecosystems by bringing teaching-artists into collaboration with students, educators, administrators and key stakeholders in cultural education. These cooperations are manifested in the dissemination of arts integrated language curricula and programs for students along with professional development opportunities for educators.
With the valuable external guidance and financial support of our project partners we seek to broaden and deepen the impact of our arts-focused approach. Working together we are able to bring our programs and resources to underserved communities across the nation.
